- How can I apply for a tour?
- Please contact us by using the contact form from this website.Please apply 2 months before photo day.

- Can we inquire over the phone?
- No. Please contact us using the contact form first.
- How long does it take for you to reply?
- Usually 2 to 3 business days.
- When should we pay?
- We ask you to make 25% deposit on application.The balance payment should be fully paid on or before 60 days of the service day.
About the plan
- What is included in the price?
- Our packages include dress (Western Style: wedding dress & Tuxedo or Japanese style: kimono for bride and groom）, hair set, makeup, photo data (JPEG format), album, accessories, bouquet, corsage, shoes and transportation from our studios to shooting locations.
- When can I choose the dress?
- When you come to studio on the day of shooting or you can come the day before shooting to choose your dress.
- Can we change the location or plan after application?
- No.
- How much is the cancellation fee?

※Photographer Appointment Fee will be fully received and would not be refunded - Can we change the shooting day if whether conditions are not favorable?
- Unfortunately no.
For outdoor wedding ceremony and pre-wedding shooting, in case of bad weather, we will endeavor to act in the best interests of our clients. Special arrangement or adjustment of the wedding venue or shooting route shall be arranged by La-vie Photography or Petit Wedding.
About the shooting day
- Where can we get prepared?
- At our studio.
- What time should we be at the studio?
- Please save 1 day for dress fitting(around 2 hours),and 1 day for photo-shooting.The schedule will be changed depend on your photo request.We will send you schedule 1 month before photo day.
- How many photographers will come with us?
- One.
- Will a stylist come with us?
- Yes.
- Can we bring our own camera or video camera?
- Yes.
- When can we receive our photo data?
- The final edited data is available in 1 month and an album takes approximately 3 month.
