- We ask you to make 30% deposit on application. Then you can pay the balance till before the shooting day.

- Our packages include dress (Western Style: wedding dress & Tuxedo or Japanese style: kimono for bride and groomj, hair set, makeup, photo data (DVD@JPEG format), accessories, bouquet, corsage, shoes and transportation from our studios to shooting locations.
- When can I choose the dress?
- When you come to studio on the day of shooting or you can come the day before shooting to choose your dress.
- Can we change the location or plan after application?
- No.
- How much is the cancellation fee?
- 20-7 days before the day of shooting: 30% of total fee
6-2 days before the day of shooting: 50% of total fee
A day before and on day of shooting: 100% of total fee - Can we change the shooting day if whether conditions are not favorable?
- Unfortunately no.
If itfs not good weather, we will change the location spot to indoors.
*But for some of the location plans, we recommend you have another day reserved in case of bad weather.
We will ask you a day before shooting day whether you will carry on shooting or put off shooting to the other day.

- On the day of shooting, please arrive 1.5hr before the shooting start time.

- Approximately 2-3hrs, it depends on the weather and location.
- Can we bring our own camera or video camera?
- Yes
- When can we receive our photo data?
- Unedited data is available immediately after shooting, but it may include test shots. The final edited data is available in 7days.
- If we order the album, how long does it take to make?
- Approximately 2months from the order date.
